For the provision of services, the ordering customer provides GGKL Chappet with the contact details, including telephone numbers, of the recipient of their purchase for the purpose of ensuring delivery of their order to them and providing them with advice and information about it and about GGKL Chappet's services and offers. In this case, and by way of derogation from the foregoing, the customer acts as holder and controller of the processing of the recipient's contact details. The customer is solely responsible for communicating the personal contact details of the recipient that they provide to GGKL Chappet for order fulfillment. The customer undertakes to have obtained the explicit and informed consent of the holders of the contact details they provide to GGKL Chappet and indemnifies GGKL Chappet against any claim from the latter as a result. GGKL Chappet acts only at the will and on behalf of the ordering customer as a service provider processing orders placed by the customer. Consequently, the ordering customer releases GGKL Chappet from any responsibility in case of violation of obligations arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) relating to the collection and communication to GGKL Chappet of the recipient's contact details for sending messages to the latter.

GGKL Chappet undertakes to keep your personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. The retention period of personal data is determined by the legal retention period (commercial and tax retention period).

4. Exercise of Rights
